Sage Hill is a newly constructed modern barn-style house in Noyac, Sag Harbor, a private neighborhood street that ends with a cul-de-sac. Sag Harbor is one of the most charming and unique hamlets of the Hamptons, particularly because of its marinas, waterfront parks, and restaurants.
Around a 2-hour drive from New York City, summer vacationers call Sage Hill home every August and enjoy all that the Hamptons have to offer.

Two popular hiking trails include Elizabeth Morton Nature Preserve and Trout Pond, within minutes of the house.
