The urbanization in which the apartment is located has several large swimming pools that are open all year round, lovely gardens and small ponds with turtles swimming around or sunbathing on the warm stones. As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a bright hallway with the fully equipped kitchen to the left with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and much more. Straight ahead you have the large living room with a large and comfortable sofa, 55 "smart TV with 200 international channels, 2 lovely balconies with a breathtaking view of the area and the Mediterranean.
