A gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom house in the heart of Belgravia, laid out over four floors, with an abundance of character and light, and conveniently located giving easy access to Motcomb Street, Hyde Park and the surrounding amenities that Belgravia and Knightsbridge have to offer.
The space
A beautiful house discreetly set in the heart of Belgravia. With Harrods just a stones throw away, you’re within walking distance of several of the best Michelin restaurants London has to offer. That being said, Hyde Park and the peaceful Serpentine lake is 200 metres on the left, with an array of cafes and eateries.
As you enter the home, the first thing you will notice is the comfortable living room with a large smart TV (connected to Apple TV), and cosy desk in the corner of the room, small but comfortable enough to work on with your laptop. There is also an opening looking out over the dining room with its high glass ceiling, filling the place with light as you lift up the Roman blinds to this opening.
Down the stairs you'll find the bright dining area, which boasts a beautiful double height glass dining room with a large glass dining table, another large smart TV and access to the patio. There is also a convenient cloakroom (toilet) hidden behind a sliding door.
Descending a few more steps you will be greeted by the modern kitchen with its rustic dining table and benches. Another opening looks through from the kitchen to the dining room and patio, so, whether you are cooking, working or watching TV, conversations are so easy to maintain, no matter where you are situated.
After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, you can come back to a good night's sleep in one of the cosy beds located upstairs. The two king sized bedrooms, both en-suite, are located on the top two floors, offering a peaceful night after a very busy day in London.

STAIRS - There's no lift at this four-storey home, so you'll need to be able to climb some stairs. This may not suit those with limited mobility.

LOCATION - Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. There is also a pub nearby. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.
AIR-CONDITIONING - The air-conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.

Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.
LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.
CHILDREN - This property is unsuitable for families with children under 12 years old.
London is constantly developing, therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.
