Summary: Beds were very comfortable. Coffee shop next door for morning coffee was helpful. You are literally right in the middle of the national monument on the top of the city - faulting during the day with tourists everywhere but Heaven at night when the crowds disappear. My only complaint was the communication. We had just arrived in Edinburgh and had no idea where to go. The host said there was a spot right out front to temporarily unload our stuff but gave us no other details. The whole process was very stressful. When I texted the same number after check in I never got a response. I ended up emailing Joivy and got a response the next day. If you are familiar with the area and the house, it wouldn’t have been a problem but we were driving in for the very first time and GPS just took us to a wall at the base of the hill…
