The complex has a communal swimming pool, one for adults and one for children, a very well kept garden and parking space for one car.
The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay. As you enter the apartment you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary, on one side and the utility room with washing mashine on the other side. Also a Guest WC.
There is a living-dining room with TV and a dining table fitting 6 guests. From the Living room you can access the garden where you can find a table a chairs for 6, for a nice lunch outside or a beautiful dinner under the stars.
Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bathtube. Also, access to a terrace with sun lounges and views over the ommunal garden and the swimming pool. Next to it, you will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and access to another, smaller, terrace with views over the complex. There is also another bathroom with bathtube.
This Apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Only 10 min. walking distance to the Golf Course of Costa Esuri. 2 min. walking to the supermarket. 10 min. driveway to Ayamonte and 15 min. driveway to the beach of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral. Faro Airport is 45 min. away. Sevilla Airport 1 hour and 30 min.
