A beautiful one bedroom 2-bathroom holiday villa situated just outside the stunning, white-washed Andalusian village of Almogia.
The villa has a 5x4 metre pool (unheated). With stunning views bird song and sounds of mountain goat bells can be heard in the distance.
The approach is via 1 km track (rough in parts), winding slowly down to where suddenly you find yourself in paradise. The views are to die for in every direction and the house sits upon a lookout with the feeling of sub-tropical jungle all around. The sound of the nearby waterfall (in winter) and bird song fills the air in complete privacy. The villa sits next to the Camino de Santiago with wonderful walks to Almogia & Málaga or Antequera and beyond.
You enter the house from the swimming pool patio into the living room which comes complete with air conditioning, pellet burning fire, smart TV, WIFI, sofa and dining table & chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven/integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and granite work surfaces.
The en-suite master bedroom with ceiling fan, is furnished with a King size bed and bedside tables & built-in wardrobes.
It also has a second shower room and toilet.
The Villa also has outside security cameras for your safety & peace of mind they are located in the pool and parking driveway area.
The traditional white washed town of Almogia is a few minutes away and in 35 minutes you are at Malaga airport or the coast. Almogia has plenty of bars/restaurants and a local Dia shop for all your groceries (opening times (08:30am-9pm Mon-Saturday closed Sundays). Buses also run from Almogia into Malaga City every day.
