This recently-renovated holiday home lies in the middle of nature, on a hilltop that let you enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and cultivated fields. The Mediterranean vegetation, such as olive trees, holm oaks, brooms and carobs, alternates with lots of fruit trees. Besides, the favourable climate conditions allow avocados, mangos and custard apple trees to grow around the villa, which is also provided with celery and great yellow gentian.
Inside, the villa is equipped with all comforts, in a modern environment that, however, doesn’t give up the rustic atmosphere. The first room you’ll find once you enter the house is the dining-living room with a galley corner. A comfortable sofa lets you take regenerating naps, maybe in front of the fireplace where crackling embers create a more-rustic ambience. The split-level first floor also welcomes a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a bedroom with two twin beds and a wardrobe. The first floor is characterised by wooden sloping roof and a hardwood floor. It features a master bedroom with a double bed.
The whole villa runs with photovoltaic energy, and the bedrooms are also provided with portable fans.
Outdoor, take a moment to soak up the atmosphere and relish the splendid views. You can enjoy them while you have your meals around the outdoor dining table on the terrace, or while you swim in the fully-renovated private pool. A huge tree provides shadow to three sun loungers, for you to choose whether to sunbathe or to shelter from the sun rays when the temperatures rise.
The villa lacks the BBQ, because of its location in the Sierra that prohibits lighting any fire.
