The houses can be used from 16 hours on the day of arrival and must be free before 12 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
- The rent, and therefore the payment for the stays, is made directly, although for this they must inform before the dates requested through the telephone number that appears on the web, paying a 50% down payment. The rest of the total amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival at the accommodation. The reservations will be provisional for 48 hours and are not considered definitive until the owner of the house has not received the signal. - During the rental period, the farm will be periodically entered for irrigation and maintenance work.
- The use of the pool and various facilities of the farm is the exclusive responsibility of the clients; the property is therefore exempt from liability for possible accidents that may occur.
