Summary: Welcoming, helpful and professional check in process. The room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. I was very happy to have a choice of pillows. Breakfast was very good and varied and the breakfast team were polite and friendly. In a great location and an easy walk from the railway station and down to the lake. I would definitely stay again.
