The space
Discover the charming Villa Julia just 400 meters from the beach, an extraordinary vacation spot that suits up to 6 guests.
This recently renovated house consists of 2 bedrooms decorated in a modern style, creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation, flooded with natural light, with a large terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. All rooms (bedrooms, living room and terrace) have ceiling fans, recently installed with different speeds and programmable. Smoking is not allowed inside but it is allowed on the outside terraces.
A living room, dining room and a lounge with a wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen. with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron/grill for cooking outside and obviously FREE WIFI and TV. It has a small garden with hammocks.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen is provided, along with a cot and high chair if required.
The house has common areas with little traffic, a magnificent community pool (open from June to September) with a waterfall and a solarium area, perfect for cooling off after sunbathing.
The welcome
All guests will receive a personal reception, they will be offered several sets of keys and all the pertinent instructions for the use and enjoyment of the house and its surroundings. A Welcome Pack will be delivered that contains Andalusian wine, bottled water and a healthy snack. They will also have everything necessary for personal hygiene and cleaning household items (dishwasher tablets included). There will be personalized attention 24 hours a day for emergencies.
