Summary: The Staff was GREAT, starting with check in with Erika Gallegos. The bartenders, the housekeeping, every body. So why not 5 stars. Well we booked here because it had a bar. The only thing less enticing than the bar hours was the poor selection. a couple beers and a couple wines. not really a bar. And it seemed like it was never open. But let's talk about hot water... there wasn't any. When I stay in a hotel for 4 days, it would sure be nice to have a hot shower every morning. Tepid would best describe the hottest the shower and sink water got. Too bad. We had a great room with an ocean view and as I mentioned, the staff was great. now fix the hot water and add some items and hours to your bar.
