Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out between the five spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on its own side of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio. This room has an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and essential toiletries from Public Goods.

There are four bedrooms on the other side of the house. One is outfitted with a king, two with a queen, and one with a twin and 2 fulls over bunk beds. These bedrooms share the second full bathroom, located in the hallway between them. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries from Public Goods. There is an additional half bathroom located off the main living area.

The modern kitchen is a true chef’s kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, an oversized island, and sleek countertops. You’ll find all the cooking basics here, including stainless steel appliances, a blender, a spice rack, and more. There’s even a coffee station to aid in your morning caffeine intake, complete with a Keurig, coffee pods, dry creamer, and branded Scottsdale coffee mugs.

You can perch yourself at the island (seating for four) to sip on pre-dinner cocktails, then head over to the large dining table (seating for eight) to dine as a group. Enjoy the Frida mural and assortment of indoor plants for a refreshing ambiance.

The kitchen and dining area open up to the cozy living room. This area is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart TV with Bluetooth capabilities, comfy sofas, and beautiful desert murals.

We transformed our garage into a fun and instagrammable hangout space! Take pictures underneath the Scottsdale sign on the grass wall, play a round or two of pool table, or sip on a drink at the high-top table.

The massive outdoor area is the centerpiece of the home. This beautiful space features a private heated pool ( floats included), sun loungers, and a hammock. There’s also a fire pit, a ping pong table, a grill, outdoor dining space, corn hole, and plenty of seating areas in both shaded and sunny areas.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the private backyard patio and swimming pool. The home is equipped with smart locks, Noiseaware monitors, and Ring cameras in the front and back to ensure your safety. We want you to have an enjoyable stay and will do our best to accommodate any requests you have during your time with us!

Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
