Summary: the hotel is new and nice. the staff are undertrained. they screwed up my check-in. no apology. the tv didn't work this morning. took over 2 hours to get it fixed. no apology. no refund. they need a process engineer to trouble shoot their processes. finally, the valet charges $10 a day to park your car in an uncovered unsecured lot. total ripoff.
