Summary: Unfortunately the pools are not heated as stated on the site. Our room was super clean tho! I will say if you’re into ghost this is the place for you. Our room was haunted! Stuff moved around at night. Something pushing the curtain with force. Something walking around the room. Did I mention that it likes to poke you while you sleep. We were going to see family and left a night early because of it. Hotel is great but spooky!
