Plenty of space and privacy in this beautiful 4800 square foot home which sits on 1.5 acres of wooded land. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The main level has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors which incorporates a family room with a 50 inch TV and gas fireplace. The bottom level has another family room with a TV and fireplace, which leads directly out to a covered patio and lake access. Floor to ceiling windows throughout house so that you can enjoy the view of the lake from any room. The whole house has been updated with new furnishings throughout, new paint and lighting, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops in two of the bathrooms, and much more. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need, including a fully stocked coffee bar and separate ice maker. Lots of room for family and friends to gather around the table. The dining room has a beautiful table made of reclaimed wood which seats 10 people. The eat in kitchen has a large round table which will hold 8 people and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. After a long day of golfing or fun on the lake, relax on the screened in porch which overlooks the lake or gather around the fire pit and pull up an adirondack chair to enjoy the view. The home has its own dock in a private cove, and is conveniently located 2 coves away from the Ritz Carlton. Take a short boat ride over and only minutes by car. The Ritz Carlton is a 5 star resort which has a spa and several options for dining. There is so much to do at Reynolds or just do nothing and relax.
