We are in the heart of a very eclectic and cool neighborhood that is walking distance to the historic Gulfport town center with restaurants, boat ramp, shops, beach volley ball, dancing, fishing pier, bike trails, and kayaking. We are minutes to the Gulf beaches, Central Ave and minutes to the Downtown St. Pete pier. It is just a great location with lots of charm.
