Beautiful beachfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor condominium (Princess 204) located at The Princess on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. The Princess 204 sits directly on 325 feet of sandy, white beaches in a gated complex of only 74 condos. Our condo (unit 204) is on the second floor and offers the best of everything. It is a large, spacious condo with 1744 square feet inside the unit. We have an extra-large balcony (288 square feet) which overlooks all the action on the beach. The sunsets are incredible!
We have televisions in every room with a 65"-inch Smart LCD flat screen television in the living room, a 40-inch Smart TV in the master bedroom and 42-inch Smart TV screens in the remaining two bedrooms. There is surround sound in the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and on the balcony. Our condo has 1 DVD player in the living room and a five-disc CD player. The living room includes a large sofa, loveseat and 1 recliner. The sofa in the living room is also a queen sleeper.
There is a separate wet bar with ice maker and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your chef. The kitchen and wet bar have granite counter tops. NEW KITCHEN AND WET BAR!! ALL NEW KRAFT-MAID SOLID MAPLE CABINETS, NEW COUNTER-TOPS AND ALL NEW STAINLESS-STEEL APPLIANCES. NEW DUPONT STAIN-MASTER CARPET. NEW TILE IN BATHS, KITCHEN, LIVING AND DINING ROOM IN 2019. The laundry room is over-sized and has a full-size washer and dryer, as well as plenty of room for storage.
Princess 204 has king beds in every bedroom. One bedroom also has a daybed with pop-up trundle bed that makes into a 4th king bed. The master bedroom is oceanfront with an updated luxury master bath with double sinks, a large whirlpool tub, a walk-in closet and a DOUBLE SHOWER with two shower heads! The second and third bedrooms have private baths. The unit is freshly painted and well maintained. We just installed new carpet in all the bedrooms and new tile in the kitchen, living room, all bathrooms and laundry room.
The unit sleep 8-10 comfortably. Princess 204 is on a low floor but has a spectacular view. As all bedrooms have king beds and private baths, the condo will easily accommodate a large family with children or just couples.
