Summary: The bed put out my back within the first day being springy and way to soft. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was given me two blankets and told "all the beds are the same." Worse than that, everyone was smoking in their rooms and noise was constant due to the thin walls and people wandering around. Again, staff cared less about theses specific challenges which was disappinting.
