Great Location in Gated Community with Great Amenities!!
Lake Berkley is situated ten minutes drive east of Disney and has resort facilities that are seldom seen. This popular community has a nature trail, children's play area, two lakes, club house and an artificial beach! This home is tastefully decorated and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Formal dining area with seating for six, large family room with TV, VCR and sliding glass door leading to the pool deck. Large eat in fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Fully loaded with pots, pans, dishes silverware, and glassware etc.

This homes has two master bedrooms, one with King size bed, the other with Queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms with shower stalls. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. Both these bedrooms share the third bathroom with over bath shower. To top it all off, it also has its own private screened-in pool. Generous outdoor pool deck area completely screened complimented by an Electric pool heater (surcharge applies for pool heat). Sleeps up to eight people.
