Positive: The location was outstanding. The house is older but nice inside having most of what you want. I gave the booking company suggestions and they will follow through with some minor things. You won’t find much better view than this house from the huge windows in the living room and dining room and outside the house. I’d suggest a vehicle with higher clearance for this house since it is off of a dirt road but we loved the road going up to the house and looking over the town of Estes Park. You are completely away from the huge crowds in Estes Park but the seclusion was perfect for my wife and I.

Negative: Just a few minor things. I told the booking agent a few things to attend to.

Summary: The view from the house is outstanding. I will definitely rent this house again👍
