Positive: Spacious and in a very good location.

Negative: Garden or courtyard is more appropriate, had not been maintained and overgrown with weeds and very uninviting to sit in. Not good for young kids at all as no gate and leads to the main road.

Summary: Great location and good size for a family (but no Garden).
