There is an AC unit only in the guest bedroom for comfort while sleeping as the common areas tend to heat up due to the summer weather. Only stays of 5 days and longer are granted full access to the main fridge and cabinets to store groceries. Meaning the permission to place, use, and discard items of their belonging. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen area as it is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils . In contrast, short term stays are restricted of access to the main refrigerator as there is a mini fridge located in the guest bedroom but still have permission to utilize the kitchen area to prep meals.
