Summary: I'll start with the positives: - Breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast was very helpful/attentive. - Check in was fine. Then the neutral: - Location was just fair - Hotels.com was pushing this property in each search and I should have done more homework to ensure I was closer to points of interest and dining options. Now the negative: - The air conditioning in my room did not work from the moment I checked-in. I went to the front desk to have it corrected as I was leaving for a walk. Upon returning two hours later, it was not fixed. No call. No message. No apology. No followup. - The walls are paper thin. From the moment I arrived, I heard conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and constantly heard furniture being moved around in the room above me. The very least I should expect is a working air conditioner. Especially during the summer. And some sense of peace and quiet.
