The large house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The spacious living/dining room shares space with the fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The ground floor flat has a bathroom with a shower. The living-dining room of 25 m2 has a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, while the kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances.
This holiday home’s surrounding area is awe-inspiring. The natural spring flooding under the house makes the vegetation even lusher, and the centuries-old walnut trees are there to prove it. The owners have taken advantage of what nature has to offer, and the holiday home’s water supply comes from this magic natural spring, whose fountains are used to cool fruits and vegetables in summer.
In the holiday home’s outdoor area you can find a private swimming pool (available from May 1st to September 30th), with a toboggan, in a huge garden, in addition to a covered porch where to enjoy the hot summer evenings with your family, in the fantastic Jacuzzi, whose extra cost is of 20€/day. The house is provided with a parking area, and its access is completely paved, except for the last kilometre.
