Ederline Farm Cottage was completed in the spring of 2022 and we ran the property as a Guest House then in 2024 we opened the property as a luxury self catering cottage. The cottage is part of the farm building which forms a traditional court yard with two cottages on each side of the archway. We have totally renovated the property to create three bedrooms with en-suites all with walk in showers and one of the en-suites also has a bath. All the bedrooms are spacious and have full size super-king beds which can be changed into twin rooms with top of the range Simba mattresses, smart TVs and amazing views across the fields. The kitchen is well equipped with all you would need to prepare any meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, breakfast dresser, coffee machine and upright fridge/freezer with views into the farm court yard at the back and far reaching views across the fields to the front. From the kitchen there is a lockable door that takes you into the estate laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machines for your use. The sitting room has a cosy log burner, wifi router and a large flat screen TV. There are plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy in the dresser for the evenings by the fire with family and friends. There is a large entrance hall from the garden and parking area which is a good drop off place for hat coats and boots. There is plenty of parking space for three cars and the garden is equipped with teak furniture, mobile barbecue and fire pit. A lovely space to enjoy a cuppa and the evening sun after a busy day exploring Argyll.
