Wonderful country house in Coín
With a beautiful swimming pool with views, the exteriors are special. They will make you feel comfortable and you will be able to disconnect from your daily routine. You will have a terrace with outdoor furniture, comfortable and beautiful to relax and enjoy the views and the tranquillity that you can breathe in this area. In the swimming pool, with sunlight, you will enjoy the whole day with the little ones of the house, and you will be able to keep an eye on them from the outdoor dining table which, protected with an awning, will make your outdoor lunches pleasant and fun.
Although the location of the accommodation is good, just 9 kilometres from the centre of Coín, we recommend that you try to come with your supermarket shopping done. You will have a combi fridge in the kitchen and a fridge in the laundry room located on the lower floor of the accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACCESS ROADS TO THE ACCOMMODATION ARE LANES. THE USE OF HIGH CARS (SUV OR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES) IS RECOMMENDED. THE ACCESS ROADS ARE ABOUT 3.5 KILOMETRES LONG, WITH SOME UNEVEN SECTIONS.
Structured on three floors, where on the upper floor, going up the stairs at the back of the living room, you will find a beautiful attic bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub en suite.
On the ground floor, we have a nice distribution, almost diaphanous, of the kitchen and the living room, presided over by a large hall that houses a small toilet and with an exit to the outside through the side terrace area. Ideal for use when you are in the swimming pool to avoid having to pass through the living room if you are wet.
The kitchen and the living room are perfectly integrated, only separated by a small wall with handmade stone columns, this disposition leaves a wide exit or entrance to the outside area and a wide passage to the kitchen, where we will have a nice dining table. The kitchen environment is modern, cosy and with space for your belongings and equipped with everything you need to be able to cook any kind of lunch without any problems.
On the lower floor, down a comfortable staircase, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry area where you can put the washing machine, iron and hang out the clothes. The bedrooms have windows to the outside (as it is a semi-basement floor, these windows are high up, but have the regulatory measures by the tourism regulations) that can be opened without problems and cool the atmosphere. But please note that all the bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pump.
Two of the three lower bedrooms have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. All of them also have space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
There is a caretaker in the grounds surrounding the accommodation. Depending on the work that needs to be done in the grounds, this person may sleep in an annexe below the accommodation. This will not deprive you of privacy, as there is nothing communicating with the area you are renting. But the access to this area is through the same automatic entrance door.
