Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The service is the best! Katherin, Angel, and their boss are amazing people; the whole team is outstanding. The location is perfect to work and go shopping. Breakfast was good enough, there could be extra alternatives.

Negative: The elevator is still a bit slow, and due to weather conditions, the pool was not available. It would be great to have some sort of recreation activity at the lobby or at the pool to get to know more about the guests staying at the hotel.

Summary: Great stay, great service, hard work, good shopping opportunities, and peaceful rest.
