(our main st), the Waterfront Park/playground, and downtown Marina. Walk to the river to sit on swings or do a little fishing. Great restaurants, cafes, art galleries, library, and shopping just steps away. Two blocks from The Point neighborhood with beautiful historic Antebellum houses. Off-street parking for 2 cars makes it easy for you to walk wherever you need to go or a 20-minute drive to Hunting Island public beach. 20-minute drive to Paris Island.
The cottage was renovated in late 2015. It features 3 bedrooms a full bath and 1 half bath. The bedrooms include a King bed, Queen bed and a twin daybed all with quality linens and duvets or quilts. The bathrooms are both newly appointed. House has a new gas on-demand water heater. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. It includes a gas stove, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. Open shelving and quartz countertops just add to the charm of this home. The laundry room includes a full size stacked washer and dryer. The spacious dining room can accommodate dinner guests. The living room is beautifully decorated with sofa, chairs, rug, and a 50" flat screen television.
