It is located 2.1 km from the town, being paved the entire route except 200 meters of lane in very good condition.
The house, located on a private plot of 2700 meters, has a large parking lot of 400 meters, a terrace of 150 meters and an 8 * 4 pool. Its interior distribution consists of: living room with fireplace and T.V led 42 'with satellite dish, fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, stereo .. three bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite, a second with two single beds, and a third with three single beds, is completed with another bathroom and an outside toilet.

Malaga on the N-340 motorway direction Motril / Almeria, take exit 277: Algarrobo / Caleta de Vélez and climb on the MA-104/111 road, passing Algarrobo and Sayalonga. Cómpeta is located about 16 kilometers from the coast.
From Almeria / Nerja towards Málaga, we must take exit 285 Torrox / Cómpeta and go up the MA-137 road for about 14 kilometers
