Great villa with a privileged location, a few meters from the sea, located in one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of Playa de los Alemanes.
It has an area of 300m2 on a plot of 2.053m2, distributed in two symmetrical two-storey houses connected to each other by the living rooms. The main access door in both houses is halfway between the upper floor where the master bedroom is located with en suite bathroom, dressing room and a terrace with wonderful sea views. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the first one with two single beds and bathroom en suite, another bedroom with a single bed, a second bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen although not very spacious has a lot of light, it communicates with a patio where there are two storage rooms. The living-dining room area is also designed on two levels: the dining room at kitchen level and the living room at garden level.
The other area of the house is almost the same, except that on the upper floor where the dressing room is located, on the left side there is a small terrace.
Surrounded by a large lawn area, large palm trees, trees and lush vegetation is a large fully fenced pool, perfect for protecting the little ones of the house.
At the entrance to the plot is the covered parking for three vehicles.
Both houses enjoy lots of light and excellent views of the wonderful and crystal clear waters of the beach of Atlanterra, very close to the sea, making it a paradise highly recommended for families with small children.
