This unit is conveniently located in the city of Atlanta, less than 10 minutes from main attractions in downtown Atlanta including the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, the Coca Cola Museum, CNN Center and National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Great for any short-term or mid-term stays for those who enjoy city living and convenience! This unit is close fo Grady Hospital so it is perfect for travel nurses.

Each room comes equipped with comfortable queen sized beds. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with an in-suite full bathroom. The additional two rooms are identical sizes with spacious closets. Guests also have access to a private patio.

Street parking is available for all guests. Additionally, there is a driveway that can be used by guests for parking behind the building (maximum: 3 cars). Please note, the driveway has a steep hill. Please proceed with caution and refrain from parking on the incline. Access to the unit is only via the front door entry so if guests park in the driveway, guests will have to walk up the incline.

There’s absolutely no smoking on the premises inside of the unit, patio nor driveway. Each violation will be a $250 fine.

Absolutely NO third party booking (booking on behalf of others). Government issued IDs may be required to verify identity. If the person who made the reservation and was verified by VRBO is not present, all guests may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
