Spacious country house just 3 km from the lively village of Alhaurin El Grande. The beaches of the Costa del Sol can be reached in 20 minutes. The airport of Malaga is 20 minutes away. Marbella 30 minutes.
The finca consists of a spacious house with living room, conservatory, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, another bathroom (living area 140sqm), outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pool with terrace, covered lounge area (80sqm) and roof terrace (40sqm) , It was completely renovated in May 2019. A large garden is also available. Ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the Andalusian countryside.
The typical Andalusian finca is large and detached. You will have a lot of privacy and peace.
There is one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
The completely new kitchen is equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. You can light the cozy fireplace in the living room, watch TV and use the stereo, games and books. There is air conditioning throughout the house. Wifi is also available.
The spacious master bathroom has a toilet and a bath, the second bathroom has a toilet and a shower. In a separate room there is a washer and dryer.
Towels, bed linen and air conditioning are provided and included in the price. In the villa you will find an information folder with practical information and activities in the area.

Alhaurin el Grande is a typical small and old spanish town. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The climate here is pleasant all year round, the pace of the day is Spanish. From the villa it is 3km to the village and its castle, ruins and beautiful little churches. In the village of Alhaurin there are two excellent golf courses, one of which is designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Many other golf courses can be found nearby on the Costa del Sol. The center of Malaga, the beach, the airport, Mijas and "Caminito del Rey" are only 25 minutes away by car. Attractions such as Ronda can be reached in 45 minutes and Granada and Cordoba are 1.5 hours drive away.
Within walking distance is a beautiful Lusitanogestüt, which offers high quality dressage lessons.
The villa is accessible by public transport, but we recommend renting a car. The highway to all major Andalusian cities is 10 minutes away. The roads are good, only the last hundred meters go over a gravel road.
