You will love this 3-bedroom, 3 full bath home with bonus room / office! House is a zero-entry (no stairs) large rancher with plenty of room to spread out. Backyard is an oasis complete with large putting / chipping green, paver patio, plenty of sitting options with a couch, chairs and ottomans. Brand new gas grill plus a great covered patio area with a table and chairs. Backyard is protected and stays cool.
House is new and has everything you'd need! It's fully furnished and then some. Walk in the front door using the keyless entry and enjoying a very large, covered porch. At the front of the home, you'll find a nice size bedroom, large closet, and a full bath that's separate from the rest of the bedrooms and very private. Walk down the hall and you'll see a large bonus room / office with double doors. There's a desk, printer and plenty of space to get work done. It can also be an additional sleeping area if needed. A new futon folds down into a full size bed and can be used by a child or small adult.
The main area of the house is open, airy and includes a highly upgraded gourmet kitchen, large eat-in island complete with chairs, a large dining table and a perfectly fit sectional couch with seating for 6+ people. You'll be able to watch your favorite sports, movie or shows on the wall mounted and adjustable 75" smart television.
Down the hall past the kitchen, you'll find another bedroom with a walk-in closet, a large full bathroom with a tub shower combo and dual vanities.
The laundry room has a brand-new washer and dryer, a large drying rack, iron and board plus all the cleaning supplies you'd need.
At the back of the house is the master suite. It includes a very large bedroom, king bed, dual nightstands and a dresser. The master bath is full of luxury with an oversized marble shower with dual shower heads, double vanities and an amazing walk-in closet.
All rooms have ceiling fans with dimmable lights and remote controls. Bedrooms have lush carpet, and the rest of the house has easy to maintain tile. House is completely furnished. Bedrooms have dressers, nightstands and lamps. Master has a king bed, and other bedrooms have a queen.
There are plenty of plush towels, soft sheets, extra pillows and blankets, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, plus tons of extras to make your stay a truly enjoyable one. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, lotions and the basic first aid necessities. The master also has a curling iron.
The kitchen is fully stocked with high end touches. There's a 5-burner gas cooktop, wall oven that has convection, built-in air fryer and Wi-Fi capabilities. There's also a built-in microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge freezer with ice and filtered water on the door. You'll find an extensive collection of small appliances such as toaster, blender, coffee makers (full size and a Keurig), crock pot, hand mixer, waffle maker, and a personal size smoothie maker. We spared no expense on making sure the kitchen had everything you'd need. There's service for 8 dinnerware and silverware. Drinking glasses in various sizes, wine glasses, martini glasses and much more. You'll have all the cooking utensils, pots and pans plus baking dishes / trays.
The kitchen also has K-cups for coffee, tea, cider and coffee filters for the full-size coffee maker. We have a great selection of spices, cooking oils and cooking necessities.
The kitchen also has a huge walk-in pantry!
You will have luxurious showers as the house has a brand-new water softener. We also have a complete reverse osmosis system with a separate tap on the sink for fully filtered drinking water. And it's always nice and cold!
There's a 2+ car attached garage with plenty of room. There's also a built in EV charger.
The neighborhood is amazing with the huge resort style pool, extensive walking trails, grassy areas, covered pavilion with grills to use plus a full-size basketball court. You can walk to the State Farm Arena and Westgate! The area is quiet, safe and very convenient to the 101 and other highways. House is also super close to Top Golf, Westgate Outlet Mall, the new Vai Resort that is set to open later this year.
