Summary: Lovely warm staff, room looked a bit tired, splash marks on the walls, veneer peeling off bathroom units, chipped bath. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Slightly disappointed that the restuarant didn’t serve any Scottish dishes at all or have any cask ales (particularly as it is a Marston’s pub).
