It's a one of a kind newly renovated 2nd story Apt. above the main residence with it's own private gated entrance and wrap around balcony to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. We are minutes from the major studios, Universal, Warner Bros, CBS & Paramount. The hiking trails in our neighborhood are minutes away with spectacular views of downtown LA, Hollywood, parks and surrounding mountains. We are in the middle of art & culture events, restaurants and fine dinning. Our place offers charm and hospitality to couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families for short or long visits.
