1800sf Two storey house, upstairs apartment is 3 bed 2 bath (one master suite, one family bath) together with a living room, WiFi, Roku TV (Netflix and Amazon), Kitchenette with Sink, Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hotplate. Downstairs has full kitchen and laundry. Master bedroom with ensuite double vanity bathroom (normally occupied by the owner but vacated when booking whole house) . Fishing available in the bayou , 3 cruiser bikes available to ride the trail across the road connects to the Pinellas trail, Twin brooks golf course is just steps away. 10 mins to downtown St. Petersburg or St Pete beach Please note my dog and cat and I normally live downstairs but if you are renting the whole house all three of us will ofcourse move out and the house is thoroughly cleaned, also my pets have no access to the upstairs apartment and both upstairs and downstairs are on a separate air conditioning systems so any guests with allergies I recommend staying in the upstairs apartment
