If you want luxury town centre accommodation in Aviemore with home comforts this house is unrivalled. Casa blanca is a house like no other bringing a fusion of Mexico and Scotland reflecting myself and my wife, the house is fully equipped due to it being my normal address when not occupied, this means it has more to offer than the standard holiday let and it will feel more like a home from home.
The house features a cinema room with a sunken 85" UHD TV with sky, Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney plus, This is enjoyed from the 8 seater U-shaped cinema sofa. There's also black-out blinds, a wood burning stove and an ice bucket.
The main bedroom features a hand made log bed with locally grown douglas fir trees and a memory foam mattress.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with an en-suite toilet.
Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk bed, double on the bottom with single on top, this room also has an office desk for home workers with a hardwired internet connection ready to go for your computer to give the fastest speeds.
The garden is dog proof and has a home power lifting setup with rubberised olympic plates and a 1400 litre hot tub with 50 high powered jets which has views over the Craigellachie nature reserve.
To get facilities and views similar to this you would normally be based out in the country but this place is based in the town centre on a very quiet cul-de-sac but with a private back gate that will lead you out onto the main street giving you the best of both worlds, The nearest bar is about 10 seconds walk outside the gate.
Other things to note
I pack up my stuff and move out for bookings and do the clean myself after guests visit so I ask for no stag parties, no groups of under 21s and no heavily shedding dogs. minimum length of stay has been increased since this became my permanent address but shorter stays can be occasionally negotiated - feel free to message :)
