The town centre of Nerja and Burriana Beach (Nerja’s biggest and most popular beach) are no more than a 5 minute drive. Street parking. The apartment is located beside the large shared pool. It faces south with a small private enclosed garden and includes an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and French doors leading to the south west facing terrace. There is a modern bathroom and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is easy access to both of the excellent communal pools and amenities of Capistrano and also the local supermarket, tennis courts and nearby café, bars and restaurants. Outside On the south west facing terrace you will find 2 sun loungers, 4 beach chairs, plus a garden table and 4 chairs, perfect for summer al fresco dining. The small enclosed private garden also has a gate that opens out onto the beautiful communal pool and surrounding gardens, meaning that a quick dip is only a few steps away. Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen The living room, dining room and kitchen are all within the same open-plan area, making the property very sociable and spacious. The lounge area comprises a large, comfortable double sofa, a sideboard and a wall mounted flat screen TV (**TV channels listed below). A white wooden dining table with 4 white chairs to accommodate up to four people, and a kitchen area that includes an electric induction hob and oven, a fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and airer, AC unit Bedroom 1: The master bedroom which boasts a comfortable double bed (1.90x1.60) with two over-head reading lights. The room is neutral in colour to ensure a tranquil and comfortable feel. A good sized window filters plenty of sunlight through, yet has both blinds and curtains for privacy.
