The contemporary open living space boasts a plush seating area, a TV, and opens up to a balcony on the main floor that will leave you breathless. The chef's kitchen is a dream come true with brand-new appliances, ample counter space, an island with bar top seating, and a banquette style dining table. Down the hall, you'll find a laundry room, as well as an elevator and staircase for easy access.
