The spacious, open-concept great room on the top level features vaulted ceilings and is bathed in natural light from expansive windows. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a fun-filled day at the beach. The dining area comfortably seats ten and seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, an oversized island with seating for four, and a convenient powder room. For family entertainment, the top level also includes a media room—perfect for movie nights or board games. Step outside onto the wraparound sun deck to enjoy warm ocean breezes and your favorite drink in hand.
The mid level is home to four inviting bedrooms, all with access to the covered deck, including three king en suites and one en suite with two twin beds—offering the perfect combination of privacy and comfort.
On the ground level, you'll find the final bedroom, an en suite with two queen beds. The recreation room on this level is a hub of entertainment, featuring a ping pong table, an additional full-size refrigerator, and easy access to the pool area.
