About this listing This home looks and feels so good, you won’t want to leave! Staying here means you can relax in one of four rooms AND access the best that San Antonio has to offer within minutes! N. St. Mary’s (The Strip) is a 10-minute drive/Uber away, the Pearl shops, restaurants, and bars are 11 minutes away, Downtown (hello Riverwalk!) is 12 minutes away, and Southtown (Austin vibes) is 14 minutes away. Keep reading or book now; you can’t lose either way! Space This space is unique because of its raw beauty. The neutral-colored walls, reclaimed wood accents, pops of color and comfortable furniture make this place fun to look at and live in. The mattresses are all memory foam, so you should not have a difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep. The neighborhood Overview This is a neighborhood in transition, much like many of the neighborhoods near downtown San Antonio. By "in transition," I mean there are great families nearby that represent San Antonio's culture and vibrancy, and a lot of newcomers/renovators like me! The neighborhood is safe to walk around without risk to yourself, family or friends. Some neighbors may have large family gatherings on weekends, but you should not have issues with noise late at night. Getting around Uber or Lyft are your best options if you do not have a car. If you have a car, you can park on the street or off the street in the front yard. (Please follow the check-in instructions for details on how to park off-street.) Other things to note A few guests have noted that the neighborhood is in transition, but they felt safe and would stay again.
