You will like its open concept floor plan with a spacious living room with 22 ft ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The first-floor level has a formal dining room with a Schuerman piano and seating for eight, a Chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large island with four barstools and a casual dining area. Reverse osmosis with remineralization water right here in the kitchen and upstairs! The living room and the kitchen have glass sliding doors leading directly to a screened salt water pool and spa. There is a trampoline right behind the pool area.
The master bedroom with his and her walk-in closets features french doors leading to the back yard with fruit trees and the pool. Enjoy a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and a steam shower. The second bedroom and an office are also on the first-floor level.
