Incredible two bedroom and two bathroom apartment located in the La Noria urbanisation. The apartment includes a nice private terrace with chairs and a table so that you can enjoy your meals whilst appreciating the spectacular sea views.
Its location is priceless; it's right on the beach and next to the Sabinillas promenade which has many beach bars, restaurants and markets. What makes it so special is the fact that you can walk to the beach, to the pool, to the supermarket and to most places in Sabinillas. So if you want to have a relaxed holiday and walk everywhere, this apartment allows you to do so.
It has beautiful communal gardens which are very well looked after as well as two communal pools (a big one and a smaller one for children). Not only that but it has two padel tennis courts as well as a small park which is located behind the pool. The complex is great for families as there is something for everyone.
Some of the places I highly recommend trying are:
- The ice cream or milkshakes from Da Vinci (located in Sabinillas)
- One of the beach bars on the Sabinillas promenade (Ramos is one of my favourite and is the closest to the property)
- Have a breakfast or brunch at Miel (on the Sabinillas promenade)
