The upper floor opens directly onto the terrace and private garden with unspoilt views of the mediterranean, morocco and Gibraltar. Providing seating for up to 6 People and additional dining facilities whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.

The private garden offers sun beds and a separate shaded bbq & dining area, providing access directly onto the lush palm filled community gardens and the private access gate to the beach just 20 meters away! The large child friendly community pool is rarely busy and provides additional sunbathing and shaded areas. Alternatively exit through the private access gate directly onto the beach!

The community provides secure gated private parking with a dedicated parking space, security cameras and complete privacy. In addition, the villa has its own security alarm, sensor flood lights and security safe for personal belongings.

Summary: Fantastic location, direct access to the sea. The beautiful Senda Litoral passes by. Chilling walk to Estepona which is very nice. Almost no cars, plenty of good restaurants and Chirringuitos. We would recommend to rent bicycles so that you can explore the whole area around Estepona and Marbella.
