Negative: The management company sent us directions and access instructions and we would never have found the house in the dark. There is no street sign off the main highway. We had to stay in Oakhurst the first night because we could not find the house in the dark when we arrived. The access instructions said the garage door opener was broken and to enter through the side door into garage. The code and door knob did not work, the knob just spun around. Since there is no cell phone service outside the house, we struggled with the door and finally tried the garage door opener. The door opened. We informed the manager in person what had happened and he said he forgot to change our email instructions for access to the house. Also, the cabinets in the kitchen look worn and need attention, one cabinet door is hanging off the hinge, and the rug on the porch is stained. The location to the park was the best feature.

Summary: The location was ideal, however the home was rather disappointing.
