The complex is only a few minutes walk to the Burriana or Carabeo beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. The penthouse is on the 2o floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright, airy lounge/dining room with T. V. , a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is situated in the en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. There are two bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) with fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 4. There is 1 en-suite shower room and another family shower room. The apartment has a large roof terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, bbq and garden furniture (the access is a spiral staircase). There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. The Alcazaba complex has a communal pool and gardens and is just 2 minutes away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Bed linen and towels included but not weekly cleaning. The apartment has free wifi.
