Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location - remote, peaceful, great skies for astronomy. Hardly any noise from other guests staying at adjacent accommodation. Weather was very good - 6.5 days out of 7 was continuous sun from dawn to dusk. Nice lawn and picnic table for my use and new BBQ installed when I was there.

Negative: Shower over bath did not have a holder so had to use with one hand to hold it at all times - temperature fluctuated considerably as did water pressure. Fire blanket in kitchen - no tab protruding from it so not sure if / how I would get a fire blanket. Microwave was 700 watt - I found this out by turning it round to see details on back (Microwave was ok but details re power, etc. should be easily visible as this impacts on cooking time). No curtain on door - not really a privacy issue but later on in summer evenings would imagine insects would be drawn to light from inside so opening the door could be an issue. No separate bins for recycling.

Summary: Peaceful stay in beautiful location with fantastic skies day and night.
