Perfect location in the Heart of Hallandale Beach a 14-minute walk across the drawbridge to the Ocean! The studio is located inside a vintage motel reminiscent of an old Miami era. It is equipped with everything you need for a simple, carefree vacation. As you waltz into our quaint studio you’ll find two comfy full-size beds, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials needed to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Free parking and outdoor pool! If you enjoy a game of blackjack, like to bet on horse racing, or fancy night out at a sports bar head 6 minutes down the road to S. Florida’s renowned Gulfstream Mall and Casino. Starbucks, Walmart, and Publix are located next door. South Beach, is a scenic 34-minute ride with plenty of water views down Ocean Drive. Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $50 deposit fee via a third-party application called Duve. We are located in the knights inn hotel, common areas of the building are shared and under the buildings management responsibility. Any questions related to the apartment, please let us know. We are happy to help you!

▶️ PARKING INFO - ONE CAR PER UNIT
On the premises, parking is free, first-come-first-serve. We provide only 1 parking spot and 1 parking permit. You’ll find it on the desk or on the table; you must place it between the windshield and the board of your car. If you do not return the parking permit to the apartment before you checkout, you will receive a $100 fine. We need those permits for our next guests :)
Please try only to park in the allotted spaces. If you don't, your car will get towed. In case you can't find parking in the allotted spaces you may park on the grass in front of the building. You can do it from 9 pm to 9 am as long as you don't block anyone. At 9 am you must move the car to an allotted space or you will get towed.
NOTE: STANDARD SIZES of VEHICLES ONLY. DUE TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS, PARKING IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BOX TRUCKS and LARGE TRUCKS.
▶️Keep in mind that we fumigate the unit bimonthly. 2nd Wednesday and 4th Tuesday of the month between 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM to ensure it's pest-free and no issues of vermin will arise. You do not need to be in the apartment while the fumigation is in progress. If you are in the apartment during spraying, we need you to please wait outside for 5 minutes while it’s being done.
▶️POOL hours: 9 AM- 7 PM - anyone who exceeds that will removed from the property
▶️Parties are prohibited
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee.
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account or your deposit fee.
POOL IS OPEN!!
You can enter, use only the chairs that were placed there. Please do not touch those that are piled with yellow tape.
Large groups of more than 6 people cannot gather. If you do not comply with the rules you will be escorted off the property and your stay will not be refunded.
***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THIS SUMMER SEASON: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working. Thank you :)
