You never know what you will see! A bird watchers delight.Close to beaches, Encinitas, Carlsbad + 15 min to Del Mar Track.
All floors or VPF. Condo fully renovated in 2021. Two wall a/c units-one in master bedroom and one in living room. Both have remotes and timers. I keep sliding doors cracked and barely need to use (maybe parts of August). $200 electric usage per month included. Will share usage data every 7 days or as requested.
