This nice 2 bedroom townhouse offers you an ideal holiday home.
It is located in the idyllic Urbanization Alhambra. east of central Nerja.
The urbanization has a private well-kept garden with a fantastic pool area with nice views.
The townhouse has got two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed which becomes a double bed. The townhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a nice living room.
From the living room you can go directly out onto the lower terrace, which is a lovely patio with both sunbeds and dining area. There is a small garden with a gate and from here it is only 50 meters to the pool area.
The townhouse also has a roof terrace and from here you have a stunning views over the sea and
mountains, the roof terrace has sun all day. There is also a terrace on the second floor which has a north facing position with nice mountain views if you need shade in the afternoon. From the upstairs bedroom there is also a balcony which has lovely pool and sea views as well as views over the whole of Nerja.
